How to Use Headphones for Capturing Sessions (Mac & Windows)

You can use headphones during your telehealth session on Mac or Windows and still capture notes with Nudge.


Follow these simple steps:


Step 1: Turn On ‘Using Headphones’


When creating your note, find the "Using Headphones" option. Set it to Yes.


Step 2: Share Your Telehealth Tab


You need to share the tab where your telehealth session (for e.g. Google Meet) is open.


1) Choose the browser tab where your session is happening.

2) Click Share Screen in your session.


Step 3: Return to Your Telehealth Tab


After sharing your screen, you’ll be taken back to your telehealth session. An outline will appear around the video, showing it's being shared.


Step 4: Capture Your Session Normally


Once your tab is shared, run your session as usual. When you're done, submit your audio & your note will be available.
