Here’s what we need from you to get the Nudge EHR Copilot working in your browser. Complete each step in order.

Step 1: Sign the BAA

You’ll get a DocuSign from us. Please sign it first — we’ll need this on file before we can access any EHR data.

Step 2: Grant us the EHR access

Create (or designate) an EHR login for Nudge. A standard clinician-level account is fine — no admin access needed.

The account should have:

  1. 2 test patient profiles (fake names are fine)

  2. Your custom note templates loaded in the account

  3. 2–3 open encounters on each test patient — meaning unsigned, unclosed notes we can write into. Signed/closed encounters are locked and we can’t test against them.

Send us the login credentials once the account is ready.

Step 3: We build and test

Takes about 2–3 weeks. We’ll share a demo when it’s ready.

Step 4: We go live

Once you’ve reviewed the demo and given the green light, your clinicians can install the Nudge Chrome extension and start pushing notes into the EHR with one click.

Quick Checklist:

  1. Sign the BAA

  2. Create an EHR account with 2 test patients, your templates, and 2–3 open encounter

  3. Send us the credentials
