Step 1: Sign the BAA
You’ll get a DocuSign from us. Please sign it first — we’ll need this on file before we can access any EHR data.
Step 2: Grant us the EHR access
Create (or designate) an EHR login for Nudge. A standard clinician-level account is fine — no admin access needed.
The account should have:
2 test patient profiles (fake names are fine)
Your custom note templates loaded in the account
2–3 open encounters on each test patient — meaning unsigned, unclosed notes we can write into. Signed/closed encounters are locked and we can’t test against them.
Send us the login credentials once the account is ready.
Step 3: We build and test
Takes about 2–3 weeks. We’ll share a demo when it’s ready.
Step 4: We go live
Once you’ve reviewed the demo and given the green light, your clinicians can install the Nudge Chrome extension and start pushing notes into the EHR with one click.
